Catherine Jeans DipION mBANT CNHC is The Family Nutrition Expert, an experienced functional nutritional therapist who supports families around the world to achieve better nutrition and wellness.  Alongside her busy private clinic, she offers a range of online nutrition courses to help you make simple changes to your diet that empower you to feel your best.  Her portfolio includes self-study courses such as How to Be a Healthy Vegetarian or Vegan and  How to Help your Kids Live to 100 If you’re struggling with weight management and fed up with dieting, Catherine offers her Eat Well for Life Live group weight loss program 4 times per year.

James Harris the 2nd (or Jay for short) loves to live a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis. Through his wellness community and essential oil store, he helps and support people who want to do the same in their own creative way.

Christin Kuss is a personal fitness trainer and yoga teacher based in Germany. She offers different yoga and fitness classes or a combination of both, from 1:1 sessions to small group classes, both online and in-person.
Her mindful movement classes are tailored according to the needs and wishes of her clients. It is her utmost concern to never forget the fun factor and not to take life and myself too seriously.
Jessica Evans offers specialist pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes weekly, both face-to-face (in Yorkshire, England) and online via zoom. Her classes are small so she can meet the needs of everyone.

Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable from 12 weeks until birth. She offers variations to ensure everyone is able to take part, no matter what their stage of pregnancy or energy level.

Postnatal classes are suitable from 12 weeks postnatal and focus on learning how your postnatal body has changed, how this impacts on exercise as well as gentle flows and pranayama to begin to gently rebuild core strength safely.
